Brett’s love of food and his passion to become an artisan baker is what led him to The Welbeck Bakehouse. Working in a commercial bakery since he was sixteen had left him feeling uninspired.

Now working with traditional methods, using his hands rather than a machine to do all the work, means that  Brett has found his ideal job. Brett is looking forward to growing with the The Welbeck Bakehouse and learning new skills from his fellow bakers.
