A qualified pastry chef, Rob found himself working in an office environment for five years. Being a creative person with a love for baking, he was waiting for the right independent artisan bakery to have a place for him. Luckily for us that place was The Welbeck Bakehouse. Rob’s role means he is in charge of baking the Welbeck sourdoughs and pastries, which gives him an enormous sense of pride.
